Appointments
A text confirmation will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment at this time please contact the salon. If you are running more than 15 minutes or more late to your appointment your stylist may need to reschedule or forgo some of the scheduled services. A cancellation will result in a charge.

Cancellation
We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do so well ahead of time. We require a 48 hour cancellation notice. Any appointment canceled within the 48 hour time period will be subject to a 50% charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours or don't show to your appointment, 100% of your services booked will be charge. It is required that you pay the cancellation fee before rebooking your service.
